We use a unique relationship systems coaching process to resolve conflicts within teams and working relationships. Unlike traditional mediation, our approach not only addresses and helps to resolve the immediate issues but also equips participants with tools and skills to navigate future conflicts effectively. It is a transformative, highly effective process that goes beyond problem-solving.

Our method addresses challenges such as ineffective or toxic communication, micro aggressions and harassment, power imbalances, strained relationships after complaints and investigations, low morale, conflict avoidance, divisiveness, revenge, and confusion around team roles. With training in anti-oppression and trauma-responsiveness, we also help organizations heal from racism, sexism, and other forms of harmful injustice.

I’d be less than honest if I said I entered the coaching session without trepidation. I agreed to the process thinking it was a last-ditch effort at making some progress with some really difficult, seemingly impossible-to-resolve conflicts with a colleague. I had nothing to lose. High conflict within a Team – Restored
